Thanks for the clarification. I wonder why was he saying he doesn't want to have something stuck in his arm? Looks like they were trying to prep him for a medical procedure. Regardless, nobody should have any medical procedure forced onto them. If the patient doesn't want the procedure then tell them to leave.
