Yep. Even the Oregon wiki article says something like "since Oregon has instituted mail in voting, Democrats have maintained control of the state" SHOCK!

While I support the movement here, there is no way it happens. Both state houses have to agree. And the OR house is too busy shitting on the 2A and poisoning children.
