Essentially each time you cycle the test sample of DNA you duplicate and clone it.
To my understanding by doing this 30 times (as he explains) you duplicate and clone your test sample of DNA into 1 billion sequences, which is the total number of DNA sequences in the human body, meaning if you cycle 30+ times you can find any sequence of DNA that you are looking for.
This is why LOWER cycle rates can be useful if you're trying to find a virus but has no capability at all of identifying if it's actually there, it's a complete scam top to bottom even without the cycling, but the cycles are how they get a "positive" result from any sequence of human DNA.

Nope, they just did a buy back and a lot of people sold them to the government, any Australian can go and buy a gun within about 3 hours, Australian gun ban is fake news, always has been. Created by the left to push a NO GUNS = LOW CRIME RATE scam which was never to do with guns, our culture is just very non-violent by nature. We don't have a mass shooting fetish community over here like the US.
We do however have stricter restrictions than the US. No open carry ect. free use on private property, can buy as many as you like, can only transport them concealed in a code secured container with ammo stored in a a separate code secured container

Yep, has to be secured outside of private property at all times, e.g if i go to the gun range i have to lock the ammo and the firearm in separated cases, once i get to the range i'm free to take it out and do as i please (can replace the gun range with any private property).
We are only allowed semi auto and bolt action though, and have ammo type restrictions.
If anyone can explain this better or has more info please let me know I'm trying to put together a full explanation but the scientific jargon is new to me and Kary Mullis isn't the best public speaker. thanks
To my understanding it doesn't even detect a dead virus only small portions of their DNA sequence. That portion of DNA sequence could have come from anywhere else, and with 20+ cycles that specific partial sequence will show up in anything, like the Haitian president demonstrated.
