if something is written into law, provided it isn't against the constitution, then NO ONE has the authority to override that law, not the president, governors, senators... in America there is a process and a guideline. Why then is it that the border patrol, police force, military, etc. are following an unlawful order to catch and release. They are called illegals because they break the LAW to enter our country... and every moment they are in our country illegally, they are breaking the law. So, the true real question is this, how do we, as citizens, hold OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS accountable? For that matter, how do we bring charges against those who are failing to enforce our laws, or encouraging others to do so as well??? when you think about it, we citizens are neutered... unless you're a millionaire who can afford an army of attorneys... why are our DA's not on the ball?? The border situation in Texas is pissing me off more and more by the minute I have a LARGE family and don't have much in the way of extra cash... Texas has the potential to not only challenge the federal government, Resident Biden, the Pretender-n-thief, and all those pushing unlawfulness and damaging our national security.

In fact, it's our duty, as citizens to stand up against illegitimate laws.
"legal" and "lawful" are not synonymous. The Legal Society is a private club that has usurped and controls all "Courts of Law" today under admiralty and equity jurisdictions. Matters of "law" are thusly "interpreted" and can be decided based on a single judge's "opinion" around 93 million different codes, acts, statutes, ordinances, policies, regulations, mandates, etc. created by legislatures under the auspices of the legal society. None of these are "laws". They are corporate "by-laws" designed to confuse and obfuscate.
Nothing short of holding open "Common Law" courts, where the judge merely acts as a "referee", deciding neither matters of fact or law, in front of a jury of peers will do.
It's all so simple, but endlessly confusing to the uneducated --- which unfortunately includes most "attorneys" today who have been mis-educated into the "legal" system which controls all but a tiny few law schools. And graduates of those few law schools are not allowed to take the "bar exam".
There's no money in being a "Counselor At Law", nor any chance of being effective in the admiralty/equity jurisdictions because one wouldn't be a "member of the legal club" and few favorable rulings would come your way. Appearing "Pro Se" is also pointless as favor will almost always be granted to the side that is "in the club". All based on the whims of a single judge's opinions (who is also part of "the club").
The courthouse in your county is indeed a PUBLIC courthouse. But good luck convincing the bar members that occupy it as such. They treat is as their own private courthouse, where the judge, who is supposed to be a PUBLIC SERVANT, makes all the rules, declares who can enter, declares no recording equipment can be used, etc. And the LEOs and bailiffs dutifully carry out said judicial orders that go against the wishes of the public and the transparency of the proceedings.
We live an inverted reality and this is just another example that is abundantly clear.
Citizen’s arrest maybe? Grand jury? Any lawfags here?
