The security and laws governing the UN building in New York were the same in Salt Lake City (during the time the UN was in the building) and I don't here anybody complaining about what goes on in New York at the UN.
The fact that an international organization can just "occupy" an empty space whenever they feel like it through local political "arbitration" is already a green light for corruption to ensure it's arrival....if the UN building in New York, was occupied, then there's a problem, but im sure that it wasn't.
