While those numbers are devastating. That's not what scares me. What scares me is what happens 1-2 years down the road. That number will very likely be in the millions.

If it is a bioweapon then that would be their aim. Massive deaths hears down the road. They would rather not have ANY people dying right now. That way they have plausible deniability.
