My guess is that it's a way to push the anti-vax comments to the bottom. People will see these bot comments and get tired of wading thru them.

These evil people know how to trick the algorithm, not only are they pushing the anti-vax comments down but the video will also be recommended to more people. Spamming comments, botting likes and views will increase the ratings on the video obviously and will make it appear higher in search
