I believe it was a hoax for one - Van Allen Belts and two - they cannot duplicate the moon missions as they have lost the technology. Yea right.

i have discussed this many times.... and i heard them say that... but I don't think they said that for the same reason you think they said that....

I think what he MEANT was that the technology they used is soooo archaic that they would have to redo it all with new technology

but the truth of the matter is, we are not allowed on the moon because of who is stationed on the moon... you need a special top secret clearance to access Lunar Operational Command, and they don't allow any more big PR photo shoots....
