Why would you want to execute a nobody if you were white hat? Also the burden of proof lies on you, so you need to prove it was a white hat execution :)

If we're under martial law rn and this and other evidence is considered by a tribunal to be aid and comfort to the enemy, that would be enough. How many thousands of sealed indictments are there?
