People are saying they wont be armed and others say they dont have the right to make arrests of citizens of australia so why are they there? Intimidation is my guess. Thoughts or facts to support or expose this information/story

This has happened in VIC. The ADF assist as extra personnel. They don't carry weapons. They are unarmed.

This will be the case, if this precedent is followed. Please look up the ADF assistance for VIC

To what end? They have no authority to arrest citizens of Australia. It is illegal what the government is doing in this case armed or not
