It doesn't matter how infinitesimally small that probability is.
That is simply not a gamble worth taking, no matter how high the risk of a real pandemic would be.

Fear doesn't win over liberty. Liberty is the supreme right endowed to us by God. The threat of extinction is fear mongering at it's most extreme and is no excuse to willingly hand over our individual freedoms.
