One's a zoom recording and the other is in a studio. Inconclusive

I don't think location/type of recording has anything to do with his accent. He's been on all sorts of recordings of different varieties and venues, and he always had his accent then.

The only thing I would say is inconclusive is whether or not that was a voice over. The voice, tone, accent is different.
