These stats are all bullshit. They never factor in the added context of what the job differential is here. It has nothing to do with gender or race. It's all about ambition, drive, and ability to negotiate.

Yea the thing that makes this fall apart is when you say "ok well then to save money why aren't all business owners hiring ONLY black women? If they work for less pay, I would only hire them to run a cheaper business"
