Dominion says it is a private company and does not have to turn over their information to the AZ Senate.
However, likely Dominion is owned by Blackrock or Vanguard. Blackrock has deep ties to the govt. I think they are a government contractor.
Wonder if there is a legal connection that can be made to force Dominion to turn it over because they are owned by a government contractor.
Smarter people than me might want to check this out.
Blackrock is an asset manager, and has the government as one of its numerous clients.
Dominion is owned by Staple Street Capital, which makes sense: neither Blackrock nor Vanguard focus on private equity.
You have not seen the post where a guy breaks down who owns who.

Either Blackrock or Vanguard or Vanguard alone own EVERYTHING.
Alternately, I don’t need random posts to know who owns what. Blackrock and Vanguard manage mutual and index funds that own stock in virtually everything publicly traded. That’s what index funds do. Own everything.
That has nothing to do with private equity.
