I had a short visit with a liberal friend of mine recently. He told me that, for his daughter's graduation, his Dad offered to pay for a Disney cruise for the whole family (something like $15,000). My friend didn't want to refuse his Dad's generous offer, and since Disney cruises require vaccination he went right ahead and got the vaccine for himself, his wife, and both kids. He claimed there was no way around it since "they passed a law that says it's not illegal to mandate vaccines." He couldn't cite the law, nor could he understand why I thought it was a bad idea. He was just so excited about the possibility of going on a Disney cruise. I don't know what to do about friends and family like this anymore. God help us.

I just don't understand why they can't consider any alternatives. Why not just go on a personal family cruise where no vax is required? The TV tells you to go eat McDonald's everyday but you still can choose to bake some chicken at home for a healthier alternative. Only with the vax is everyone ignoring the proven, safe alternatives. This is madness.
Too many don’t believe that McD’s is unhealthy. Thinking the FDA would take care of them.
Right...after all they are using "fresh, organic" ingredients now right? Where I live, there are 100 restaurants within a 2 mile radius to choose from. There's all the usual chain places, but there's also a lot of local food trucks and eateries that offer truly fresh food. I've found that I feel much better when I eat real food that's made fresh to order rather than the quick meals at other places...surprise right?
No surprise here. I’m very, very picky about eating out. Avoid most of the chain restaurants. Local places only. There’s definitely a difference when you eat fresh. I like to buy from local farmers, too. Wish I lived near that many restaurants!
