The real survival rate is way higher than 99% for the vast majority of the population:

0-19 yrs = 99.997%
20-49 yrs = 99.98%
50-69 yrs = 99.6%
70+ yrs = 94.6%

Also, according to 23 studies, taking ivermectin as a prophylaxis reduces the death rate further by up to 95%.

Vitamin D also reduces the death rate by around 60%.
