For wealthy people owning rentals, they will have massive tax write offs. Hurts the everyday person trying to make a few extra bucks on a rental or two.
I am in FL, and my understanding from the new class of investor landlords is that if your loan is not FHA (govt), you can still evict. And someone is stroking checks for missed rent to the owners.

Seems more like the government is trying to get landlords to fight for their rights.
