Covid mandate attorney recommendations?

I'm looking to see if someone can recommend an atty office/legal counsel regarding the covid mandate? I reached out to (what I thought was) a good office, waited for them to call me back for over a week, and just received an email that they can't help me (no explanation provided).

I’m also looking for a “based” attorney in the Spokane, WA area. Seems to be a shortage over there.
