He is so incredibly arrogant. He played the martyr and said he doesn’t want to put New Yorkers and the country go through the pain of the legal process. Therefore he will resign to spare us of the pain. Then he went on to praise himself and the city for the way they handled COVID. He really has no clue that he did any wrong.
