Interesting... I wonder why my phone (and my wife's) was exempt from the EMS? Anybody know?

UPDATE: almost half an hour later and STILL nothing. Maybe the government has granted my long-term wish TO SIMPLY BE LEFT ALONE!!

Says it should last around 30 minutes. Haven’t gotten anything either. ABC news says if there’s some reason it has to be canceled, it will be rescheduled 8/25
