There was also a test that DID go out that had a link that sent to something that had the words "sacrifice children" in it. I daw it but couldn't save it. People we all need to take on the armor of holy God, this world is about to vomit out the devil's work.

No, it happened. A lot of people didn't get the test alert because either the tests are opt-in and default to off, or were turned off in an OS update some months back without consent. I'm not clear on that one.
I do have emergency alerts turned on though, I've been getting them all week due to tornado warnings. Didn't get this test though.
Same
For me, tests were a seperate category that was turned off. All the official alerts were on however.
Same. I made sure to have my alerts on. My tv was on too, and no alerts on any of them
I'm aware. The less tech literate are spooked by it though, and they might have a point. Someone had to write that error out. They couldn't have come up with a less Satanic way to word that? "Out of memory. Termination of subprocess necessary." would work just fine.
Yes iphone users have to go reactivate their alerts, apple shut them off in an update. Aren't they clever.
