I missed the last bits of the Cyber Symposium...was this site specifically endorsed there?

If so, would anyone know who I would contact to start the page for my state?

Yes it was mentioned quickly by one of the cyber guys from Colorado I believe. It was spontaneous. It was during a Q&A session after their presentation. Someone from the crowd asked about websites and resources, then they gave out the website address. I'm surprised it wasn't advertised more. It's a great site.
