There is not enough people in law enforcement or the military to establish checkpoints on every interstate, hwy or rural roads. Maybe they should put up some border walls to help funnel everyone to checkpoints.
that's not how this would be enforced. instead anytime a cop spots foreign state license plates or simply makes a stop for any reason, he will ask you driver's license and covid vaccination status
