I think she's not stable enough to be a part of "the plan". I do think it's time for her to wake people up though. Maybe someone came to her and urged her to go public, that's certainly possible.

Personally I wonder if the girl is even actually alive? But whatever they do put out about Britney Spears seems to be an awakening attempt. I wouldnt be surprised if it was white hats saying WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COVFEFE
