Based on 2020 new registrations, voting history - Keshel generously put Biden vote in Mesa County in the mid 20,000 - maybe 26,000 tops. The 11/3 'official' number was over 31,000.

This shit happened everywhere even in red counties. They had to show Biden with a popular vote drubbing and not just the EC win, so they manufactured Biden votes all over the place. At least 5000 manufactured votes in Mesa County alone.
