If you’re a young person and have compassion (very important) and a strong stomach (equally important), look for work at nursing homes. They have the money but are very short staffed. The job is not for everyone! She has been puked on, peed on, pooped on, sworn at, you name it! She is basically doing CNA work but without the education. She learns faster by doing anyway.

Damn that's good coin for a 16 year old.
Despite the swearing, doesn't sound much different to looking after a newborn.
Holy crap (pun intended) there is a world of difference! Think of the size of adult diaper messes! And the strength of adult dementia patients who don't want those diapers changed! 😳🤢
Newborns are easier to change, if you ask me.......
