I should point out that we don't have proof the photo is faked for one very obvious reason: we have no info on the control mechanism of the clocks installed over the television. Maybe whoever runs the IT and tech stuff at Camp David simply forgot to change the time. There's no telling how often that room or tv setup are even used.
I was thinking that as well, however if the other posters are correct in that the time change was in March, that seems like an awfully long time to forget to change the clock.

Most likely synced to the atomic clock and program driven for time changes

Presumably local time is correct, that would be very noticeable. Moscow didn't change. So this seems pretty compelling
