Info on lasers used by Antifa?

Last year in the mostly peaceful protests, Antifa were using lasers to try and blind police officers. I'm working on an artcle regarding them. What types of lasers? Power? Where did they get the?...

There is a whole section on the use of blinding lasers in the Law of War manual section 6.15.1. It is listed as one of the "Specifically Prohibited Types of Weapons" in section 6.4.2

Edit : Many of these lasers can be found on places like ebay, https://biglasers.com/, and other sites. Also it is possible to make your own with a laser Diode from a cdrw disc drive, and a mag-light flashlight. I made one over 10 years ago and it was pretty powerful and went a long distance.
