This idea popped in my head while responding to another post about the masks, and how it could be considered to be against religions.
It's easy enough to start a legit religion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2cLNi_Q3WU
Make the whole religion based on God and the god given rights given to us in the founding documents. When things like mask mandates, vax mandates etc come up, you can simply say "it's against my religIon'...
Just a dumb late night , very tired idea... lol
I would 100% identify as a constitutional christian. I always viewed the words "The meek shall inherit the earth." from the perspective of the greek translation of meek meaning "Those who have weapons but do everything in their power not to use them."
The Founders/Framers were very obviously, verifiably Christians and their beliefs are integrated into their work. The documents of USA founding are a manifestation of Christianity. "If my God meant for me to not contract covid, he would have provided me with some sort of integrated respiratory filtration system, along with some sort of internal integrity defense system for anything that got through. Any artificial intervention is against the will of my God." Having said all that it is very clear that we are past the rule of law and the virtue of logic, might makes right.
I like where your head is at
