Ye its pretty plausable that he is still President in some capacity since he didnt really concede at all, i think he just didnt want to go the military path coz of the optics and how the America would look overall, he knew that eventually he would be back once the Audits start rolling etc...even tho Xiden did do alot of dmg in few months i think its still worth seeing how all played out, people actually saw how bad Biden administration is and would have been.
