2 main things. 1. Anyone who looks like an actual clown covered in tats, piercings, crazy hair cannot be taken seriously. They are drawing attention to themselves for clicks and money. 2. He is not actually a dope rapper. I have been listening to hip hop for a long time and I am a better rapper than he is. The rap game is about drawing attention to yourself, not about skill. Hence the fame of a moron like Tekashi69
