Possibly. AZ audit report comes Wednesday. Maybe this was an "oopsie, we had the evidence to arrest those responsible, but it got deleted when Russia hacked us"

Or perhaps it's someone with good intentions who's about to release some crazy shit they found. I would love for some classified, unredacted 9/11 or JFK stuff to leak
