Why is Trump not free to recommend people look into Ivermectin and other effective treatments? Why can't he mention America's Frontline Doctors, etc? Talk about all the censored medical doctors who are risking their careers to speak out?

Dr. Simone Gold is heavily censored. She was invited on Jan 6th to speak at the Save America Rally but was shut down. She did her speech on the fly-but she is not involved in political matters and maybe her being in the public at a Trump rally would work against the cause. Idk.
