I was thinking the Gov't nor the drug companies could be sued for deaths with the "vaccine" being experimental. Now that it is approved, can loved ones sue for deaths and other illnesses that happened before the approval? Or can they begin lawsuits only after the approval?
Time to open that floodgate.
Make them wish they never obtained approval.

Nope !!! Just ask any parent that has an autistic child 😢
I am not sure, but if it can be proven that these vaccines are not vaccines, but gene therapy, then it could open the door to suing the FDA and manufacturers. Does not matter if they change the webster definition of vaccine because the medical definition remains unchanged apparently.
All of this, this entire shit show, has shown all of us, who have open eyes and an open mind (excludes the 4-6%), that no institution, agency, government, or system can be trusted, that all of it must be cleaned out, destroyed, rearchitected and start anew. The only things preserved are our constitution and declaration - all else is too big and beyond repair
The contract that leaked that all of the Vax companies gave to every state keeps them completely protected and requires every country to buy a set amount of vaccines no matter what ends up happening. The USA being charged the most (of course). There are a few hundred thousand vaccines expiring at the end of the month... how fortunate the FDA approved it right before they all get thrown out. Fucking clown world.
No! Vaccine manufacturers have blanket immunity from any damages their products may cause!
maybe we need to sue the FDA for genocide

Are adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccine recordable on the OSHA recordkeeping log? DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022. We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.

Yes, but those employers that mandate the vaxx as a condition of employment would be liable for worker’s compensation related injuries only. Not punitive damages.

NO. Thank Reagan for that one. All vaccine manufacturers are immune from lawsuits on all of their vaccines. It’s been this way since 1988. That’s when the schedule tripled and autism / autoimmune diseases started destroying our children.
You might look at why they have fudged the full approval and snuck in another vaccine. Why restrain themselves?
A lot of FDA approved drugs have been recalled, so something has to start that process. What is it?
