I cant say you are wrong, except in this aspect, MSM was caught lying many times. Discussion of a difference of opinion has been squelched regarding masks, etc. And the "science has not been followed, or allowed to be discussed.

President Trump never squelched info on MSM or social media. He may have called the news, "fake news", but everyone was able to follow fake news if they wanted.
