She didn't post this on Gab, where she even screencaps her tweets if she didn't post on Gab first.

She doesn't post to telegram. Someone else copies her tweets there.
Also note telegram is compromised by Israeli, US and Iranian intelligence services (all documented, going back at least 4 years), most likely by GCHQ and Saudi Arabia as well. I treat anything on telegram as misinformation unless confirmed elsewhere.
Her website shows which platforms she is on with links to the correct accounts. It's the one listed for her telegram. Whether or not it's been hacked is uncertain.
