A couple of days ago, I had posted a safety notice my employer wanted me to sign for mask rules that i didn't agree with. https://media.greatawakening.win/post/VUsEO86z.jpeg
This document also contained a very ominous "get vaccinated" message towards the bottom, and my employer wanted me to sign the notice. I refused. When I came into work, I immediately received a random drug test referral. This will be my 5th this year. I have been outspoken about my wishes for medical privacy at work, so I suppose some form of retaliation was somewhat expected. The problem is that no one that I work with has had more than one random drug test this year. Can I request information about this application they use to "randomly" choose employees?
Probably not. My husband used to get a lot more random checks than his peers. We always thought it was because they knew he would always test negative so that they wouldn’t have to worry about doing anything.
I bet that happens a lot more than we think.
Definitely.
