If you're having trouble getting it, look up the clove/wormwood/black walnut hull treatment.

It sounds gross AF that we have parasitic worms in our colons but I fear it is true for almost everyone. My question is were they forced on us thru eating meat or other processed foods?
It's just part of being a human on earth. Our ancestors knew it was necessary to do parasite cleanses every so often. And now, with the damage our modern diet does to our gut, we are even more susceptible.

You are exposed to parasites all the time from many different sources. Coming into contact with parasites is unavoidable and doesn't require being forced.
What is forced on us is all the toxins which weaken our immune systems and make us susceptible to parasite infections. Flouride in the water, Glyphosate in all the food, Aluminum in the air "to fight global warming" and in most vaccines. Aluminum makes you more conductive of electromagnetic energy which lowers your oxygen absorption, and also allows parasites to pass the blood brain barrier and enter your brain.

Meat is fine if properly cooked and pork is safe even at medium-rare if from pigs raised in a more sanitary (non-factory farm) environment.
You live in top of dirt.
