I took for 5 days when my family all got covid. I was only healthy unsick one. I had very good timing. I only noticed slight diarrhea the 2nd day. But I feel like that was a good thing. Maybe there were worms in there! Didn't want to look.
I'm still trying to sort it all out I am wondering if I should just stick with my normal zince calcium magnesium supplement with my c and e and save the quercitin if I get a cold.
I have a good immune system I work with the public I've been exposed to a lot of things and I rarely get sick.
