I speak Russian. He literally said (and it was cut awkwardly) '....force is here obviously not needed. Especially pressuring people into possibly losing their jobs. One needs to CONVINCE them, in the necessity of the vaccine. Respectfully, and I want to emphasise, respectfully....' So this post is bs.
