I totally agree with the sentiment, but in the spirit of accuracy it should read: "God bless our servicemen (and some of the women), because in reality the men take the brunt of "service" to this country.
Everyone is worthy of God's blessing. I was actually addressing the issue of sacrifice. Men in the services make greater sacrifices than the women. They are usually the ones who give their own lives. Should have made that a bit more clear.
