DeBlasio is a POS. Every major Democratic run city in America has people like this on the streets. They sqander taxpayer money on foolish woke bullshit and defund police and mental health organizations that help people like this. They allow them to wonder the streets rather than giving them the meds they need, counseling them and giving them food and safe shelters.
