I work in recruiting for a major supply chain company, we've been having a lot of budget cuts lately, everyone except my department. Recruiting is getitng a huge boost. I've been given a huge raise and added four people to my team. All because we're being told that in the next six months we're going to have to start hiring like crazy and filling old roles.
I'm 99% sure this is because those people will be dropping like flies.
