Manager at the company has been terrorising his staff about getting vaxxed, you guys know the drill, all unvaxxed are evil, yadda yadda.
Normally I would just tell him to shut up but today 4 of his staff came to me to say he is coercing them to get it under threat of their job. Most told him to fuck off but of course like all bullies he then goes to prey on the weaker ones.
My friend unfortunately was weak and although she protested, said clearly she doesn't want it, he literally grabbed her by the arm and walked her to the vaxx station.
Long story short, she got it, "because she felt pressured and didn't want to lose her job."
My question to you wondrous people is, what action should we take? Clearly he has crossed a line and committed a criminal act.
We are going to report him to his superiors and wondering about filing a police complaint.
Can anyone who knows about this stuff advise?

I think because the bullies grabbed her arms she wasnt coerced, she was forced. I would call the police having him/them/the company charged with assault. If no one asked if you had underlying health conditions that would keep you from getting the shot, I'd go with a more drastic charge like attempted murder.

I would not report him to supervisors because they'll suspend him for a couple of days or if they fire him you wont be able to find him for court. Because he did this on the job, on the premises he is acting as a representative of the company which makes the company responsible too. I would also consider suing the company for millions in damages, potential health issues, violation of your constitutional rights.
We all have to stop being sweet but fight back hard.

Good advice.....sue sue sue! What if she couldnt take it for some other reason? I mean he doesnt know her health history. What a psycho. The company is liable and she was assaulted
In her case I think she should go after civil and criminal charges. Set an example.
for. sure. this is complete bullshit and i'd have kicked him in the nuts. i am a small woman and any boss man handling me can go straight to the doc with broken balls. she has a case here. hope she wrecks them.
