Just out of curiosity, but what's the latest on that?
My knowledge on the situation was:
Sidney Powell had Merritt helping on her lawsuits back in November/December. Apparently he fucked up a lot of the writing and burnt that bridge.
Popped back up on David Clements after The Professor's Record caught on in early January. I listened to a couple of those and Merritt seemed a little bit knowledgeable, not per se glowie, covered a lot of the links that we saw in December between voting companies and such. Didn't really exhibit anything that made me think he's found a novel exploit before.
Everything fine until the Symposium, at which time I'm assuming Clements vouched for Merritt to be on one of Lindell's teams.
Merritt talks to reporter saying the election data was bunk. I can't really argue with that logic, as Lindell has been talking about releasing this for 8 months now, and even Lindell stated after the fact that they only brought 1 terabyte (and who knows in what actual form). They failed to pair the Dominion machine's logs up with that election data during their symposium.
They wheeled out CodeMonkeyZ who didn't bother loading registry hives, and whose best contribution from the segments I saw was "do we have anyone that knows batch programming?" Made me distrust his whole knowledge of things at that point. Granted my trust was already waning after they spent like 2-3 hours of failing to use tech properly for a virtual meetup. "Oh, he doesn't have audio again". Granted it was worth a good laugh, but I watched with the intention of hoping to see them proving shit, not proving ineptitude.
Clements disavowed Merritt shortly after the article. Some "is he white hat, is he black hat" occurred, but I pretty much stayed out of that, so don't know how the story ended. My thoughts were "he's just an idiot in a sea of idiocy saying 'I think these people are idiots'".
I will defend Merritt's stance only in that Lindell's evidence still has not been presented, proven, or released. It's still on the "needs government agency backing in order to be upheld in court" in my eyes. 36 terabytes is a lot of information, but when you know src and dest addrs, should be able to parse that from a tcp dump easily, and he failed to prove that the Colorado machine was in his packet logs and that to my knowledge would've been the only proof available (unless he's actually paired it with ASOG's unredacted Antrim report, or maybe something else exists out there).
So I imagine the lawsuit is going to be his breach of an NDA by making statements to a reporter, but that was the last thing I ever saw regarding it. I don't know what the NDA looks like, but I don't think they're going to be getting much money from that dude. Is there something else pointing towards Merritt legitimately being a bad actor/glowie and not just an idiot?
Lindell released a batch of data to the red team which Josh was on and they all confirmed it was from the 2020 election. That's what the 5 million was for, and no one was able to take it because they couldn't disprove that the data was from the 2020 election. But the fake news spins a different tale, but notice none of those articles even deny the data was from the 2020 election.
Mike was going to release the batch of data that would prove the remote connections came from China on the morning of day 2, when he found out that there was a poison pill operation against him, of which Josh was most likely the culprit, he decided to cut access off to the data. This obviously pissed off Josh because he was busted.
To say no data was released is buying into the fake news narrative against Mike.
So Josh calls a reporter and lies and tries to discredit Mike, he didn't know the reporter was a friend of Mike's and the whole conversation was recorded. You can listen it to it on frankspeech. On the call, he admits to stealing the data he did have access to and admitted he violated his NDA.
Josh also tried to deny Mike was ever physically attacked, which is weird because he wasn't even where the attack occurred. I suspect he was probably part of a few people there trying to sabotage the symposium. Just a deep state attempt to stop Mike from releasing his data. Good thing he didn't and outed this fool.
I hope he buries this traitor in this lawsuit.
Thanks, will try to locate the conversation, I heard Mike talking about it at a few times, but his platform needs a lot of work still and he's always days/weeks late reposting his live segments and they're sometimes a pain to find. Not a fan of live tv, would rather just watch at my convenience, especially without a proper pause function as I randomly receive work calls that I have to take.
There really wasn't much released from what I saw during the Symposium. I'd say I probably caught about 6 hours of each day approximately (had to catch some of it being restreamed at the night portion due to having to go to the office during the day). They scrolled some hex dumps, but dunno if that was supposed to be their data or not. If they supplied that 1 terabyte as a text hex dump, then that means they've already multiplied their raw data by at least 4 times its initial size. Since generally programmers usually use the offset address, a leading space before the paired hexadecimal value representing the byte, and then a displayable character for the byte resulting in something like: 0x00000000 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 30 31 32 33 34 35 0123456789012345
That's 16 bytes of raw data there represented which takes up 76 bytes/characters in a display format.
Not buying the poison pill. Last I heard on that was that there was poison in the data, and if Mike aired the data then he would be liable or something. When I first heard that, my initial instinct was "did this guy just admit that his vetted data is no longer vetted?". The excuse is right up there with Gina Haspel shot in Germany raid, so they had to leave the server behind and yada yada. I guess he keeps the lefties distracted, so I'm hoping that's his role in this entire circus.
Enough was shown that there was fuckery afoot. So not only did the red team all confirm that the data was from the 2020 election, it was shown at the symposium that there were obvious remote connections into the voting machines. Media blackout on that one.
Where did you read that? That's a load of lies and doesn't even make any sense. What really happened is if Mike had dumped the data proving the connections were from China, Josh would have stolen a copy of the data violating his NDA (which he had already done so he was poised to do it), insert a poison pill, which would make the data look invalid, and then smuggle that to the lamestream media who would have blasted all day and all night how Mike's data was corrupt. Mike would have been arguing with them for months in the media if that had happened, which he would have lost because he is already censored on every major platform. I wonder why?
No, Mike did the right thing. He obviously has the real data, otherwise it makes no sense why the deep state tried to sabotage him, and how it's a continuous MEDIA BLACKOUT on him. Fox hasn't reported anything on it, not even a hit piece. When the media acts like this, you can see right through why they are hiding it.
I'm not denying fuckery is afoot, this is just the weakest tentacle on the kraken per se, and as someone that had a misspent youth taking apart games and client->server communications for exploitive purposes, his "Absolute Proof" "Absolute Interference" "Absolute 9-0" etc has all just been veggies no meat. Hope he has what he says he has, but he hasn't proven it to someone who spent a good decade of their life learning intricately how to fuck with data that is apt to know how it was done.
As to where I heard it, I believe I first I heard it from Waldron (I want to say Day 3 closing). The second time was post symposium when Lindell was talking about his attack experience I believe. Waldron was wishy washy on it "a poison pill may or may not have been inserted into the data, therefore we are not giving it out". I recalled Lindell being more "they put a poison pill in there, so I couldn't show you, it's like child porn, if I put that in there then you can be arrested for seeing child porn" or the like. Having only one virgin set of data at a data analytics event... I just got to call it like it smells. He didn't shit or get off the pot, he's still sitting there. Non transparent bullshit artist that can't checksum and publish.
I'm on a similar fence with what Jovan Hutton Pulitzer spoke about yesterday about Georgia. I trust Jovan loads more than Lindell. While Jovan doesn't really produce evidence, he produces how he comes to the evidence and is leaving it up to the audit teams/courts. What he put out yesterday is a good sounding story, but you're going to need to resort to a lettered Agency in order to prove it and prosecute. He at least ended with "I turned it over to the FBI, lets hope they do the right thing". He never disclosed how he came across said records that seem like they'd require very high clearance to be able to obtain, nor how he went around triggering the lefty defense mechanism to obtain it. All of what he said was logically sound though and technologically I can see how he came to his conclusions. He's very anti-Q, but that story yesterday sounded straight out of Space Force. His followup will be my next listening venture in about 30 minutes.
Lindell may or may not have the right data. As someone that spent their youth tearing apart games and packets of client<>server communications, I'm not appeased and cannot validate. Jovan provides great detail about what he's looking for, how he can find it, etc, Lindell's story starts with for lack of a better term "Absolute Ignorance" "I was given this by someone I cannot name, but it proves everything". As someone that owns a sign shop and has to deal with offset printers, screen printers, wide format printers, cutters with optical eyes that read registration marks, etc, all of what Jovan has said up until what I heard yesterday I can vouch for, and so I have no reason to really distrust him on the Georgia story front. Jovan still needs that government entity to back that Georgia story up though in court, just like Lindell will need one to back up his claims unless something magical happens like 36 terabytes along with unredacted audit reports.
The error in my initial affidavit took place AFTER I wrote it, my original introduction was changed from what I wrote and the document that I sent to a different person was saved under my name, when I requested anonymity, as I had kept since the mid terms, because of other work I had worked on. Sidney did not have issues with my info, other than that first affidavit, as I had worked with her up to the time before the Symposium.
The 36 Tbs of data is because they took the info from the Excel spreadsheet that Mary Fanning brought up in the Absolute Proof documentary, then was backfilled using a IXVeriWave generator to back fill it with white noise. There was included files that showed this in the information provided.
An NDA can not be used to hide fraud, and the room full of Cyber Experts were frauded, the American people were frauded and I dont even believe it is Lindell's fault in this. I honestly believe is the victim in the PCAP issue.
Thanks for the update, hope you had a Merry Christmas. I read through the great majority of your posts on this thread, thanks for being thorough in the detail about what happened.
I fear it will not reach many in its current form. If that is your intention, hopefully you can do some formatting on that big wall of text one about the day Tina Peters data was reviewed. Don't know if that's what the recently deleted posts were if just fixing formatting/etc. If you can get it formatted well and do a New Post with it, page a mod and see if they'll sticky it. I would support hearing your side, and it appears a few others have noticed the thread as well. We're backseat quarterbacking it.
Good discussion here. IMO, jury is still out on Josh. Lindell was just on WarRoom talking about the lawsuit. I love Lindell, but on this, he struggles to make any coherent statement. They are suing Josh but he didn't know what the suit was about.
I do agree that Josh broke the NDA - I don't think there is any question about that and Josh himself seemed to admit to it. But if there was fraud going on, Josh's claim, then that is trivial. What did Josh actually do other than tell supposed lies about Lindell? I am still not clear even after listening to Lindell's taped evidence. I will tell you this, I would not trust Pete Santilli (sp).
The biggest issue I have against Josh at this point is he has not come forward and tell his side of the story and take questions. Why won't he go on with Moseder or CannCon? Moseder stood up for him and CannCon refused to trash him.
Josh is on tape admitting he stole data and broke his NDA. He was even caught in a few lies because his story was bullshit. He is the epitome of fraud.
To what end? From your comment, it sounds like Josh's motives do not matter. I disagree, I believe his motives are of significant importance. He has since went on to lie in articles about deserving the 5 million, and he doesn't even mention that he's already stated he confirmed the data came from the 2020 election. All he does is bitch about not seeing the PCAPs, most likely because he was standing by to facilitate them being poison pilled. He even tries to deny Mike was physically attacked, even though he wouldn't have any knowledge of it because he wasn't even there. So he is purposely trying to smear Mike.
So he's in bed with the fake news media, helping create false hit-pieces against Mike Lindell. Trust Pete? Who cares? The phone call recording speaks for itself.
From where I'm sitting, it looks like the deep state failed to sabotage the symposium along with Mike's data. My suspicions are confirmed by the behavior of the fake news media and their lack of coverage of anything related to the symposium, just lies and hit pieces.
I'll enjoy watching Mike destroy this deep state hack with this lawsuit. It will be hard to follow because there will be a media blackout on it.
I am not saying Josh is the white hat here. But in the absence of any real coverage of what he did and why and in the absence of any truly condemning evidence from Lindell, I am not ready to turn him into Benedict Arnold.
His phone call is evidence enough, but you said you couldn't figure it out and you don't trust Pete.
