I need your help for friends wife experiencing bad side effects after first pfizer shot

I urgently need suggestions for helping treat a friends wife who had her first pfizer shot and is now having massive pain coupled with extended period bleeding. Suggestions or relevant posts welcome.

Ivermectin as Pfizer has a parasite in the vaccine. Glutathione to help with the graphene oxide as it is a strong anti oxidant. Possibly aspirin might help with blood clotting.
