Thinking about relocating here; too sleepy or nice for a young couple with a baby and a wedding-based business; happy to commute to Orlando or Tampa occasionally

I am in hernando county, spring hill...which has blown up in the past 5 years. Its about an hour north of tampa on the gulf coast. I moved from NY 7 years ago and love everything about florida...except the summer climate lol.
