See the full context of this crazy, emerging controversy over the censorship the professor discovered here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zl7I2KYvwcg and the published version of his statement here: https://kurplemagazine.com/cannabis-researcher-jacob-miguel-vigil-shares-his-personal-religious-vaccine-exemption-statement-to-the-university-of-new-mexico/ All electronic records are under attack.

Part 2 of 2

I also believe that disingenuous authorities are suppressing the 1st amendment right to openly discuss effective, natural medications for treating COVID-related health symptoms and some of the damage caused by the “vaccines” themselves, such as ivermectin, which is derived from naturally occurring bacteria in soil (https://journals.lww.com/americantherapeutics/Fulltext/2021/08000/Ivermectin_for_Prevention_and_Treatment_of.7.aspx).

Even if I am wrong in my belief that the pandemic was in actuality and purposefully designed to depopulate humans from Earth, my common sense tells me that the forced nature of the “COVID-19 vaccine” mandates break international precedent for the ethical treatment of subjects involved in experiments, as clearly outlined by the Nuremberg Code (1947) and the Belmont Report (1979) which describes basic humanitarian and biomedical scientific research practices and concepts, such as having “Respect of Persons,” e.g., requiring people to consent to be included in a potentially dangerous medical experiment (https://www.ushmm.org/information/exhibitions/online-exhibitions/special-focus/doctors-trial/nuremberg-code, https://www.hhs.gov/ohrp/regulations-and-policy/belmont-report/index.html).

  1. Rely on God’s Natural Gifts to Protect the Mind, Body, and Soul It is my sincerely held religious belief that God wants us to live a true sense of purity via the human life experience, as we only exist for a relatively short amount of time in our material forms. I sincerely believe that GOD has supplied humans with all the necessary, natural treatments (e.g., medicinal herbs, minerals, nutraceuticals, etc.) to live a full, healthy life under wild, unadulterated, and uncontrolled ecological conditions; that is, within environments that are free from man-made, controlling and enslaving forces.

More specifically, I have devoted my personal, spiritual, and professional life to proclaiming my faith in, and documentary proof of the safety and efficacy of utilizing natural, medicinal remedies and entheogens such as the Cannabis plant, over ANY man-made plastic concoctions speciously described to the general public as ‘medicines’, including all those FDA-approved classes of pharmaceuticals that have been driving one of the leading preventable forms of death in the United States, drug poisonings (https://www.americashealthrankings.org/explore/annual/measure/YPLL/state/ALL). In fact, conventional medical errors, such as toxic reactions from FDA-approved “medications,” are the third leading cause of death in the U.S. (https://www.hcp.med.harvard.edu/sites/default/files/methodsmakarydaniel_2016_bmj%20%281%29.pdf).

I personally and professionally advocate that all humans rely solely on natural medical treatments and healthy lifestyle habits for addressing every type of health condition, mental and physical. I never take any man-made “preventative”, “prophylactic”, or “protective” drugs, and will only seek conventional medical assistance for repairing musculoskeletal injuries. The fact is that God has taken complete care of me, and guided me toward the applications of effective, safe, natural medications such as the Cannabis plant, and as a result, I am blessed with great health: a strong body and mind.

  1. Promote God’s Truths It is my sincerely held religious beliefs that God wants me to promote the truth of his love for us and to demonstrate love for other human beings. I am a proud, public advocate of God’s love for all humans, ultimate gifts and protections of life, and merciful guidance, despite each of the personal mistakes we make in life. I believe that one of the purist ways of promoting God’s truths is to demonstrate a protection of innocent people from man-made and natural harms. As a scientist who formulated major theoretical frameworks for understanding the evolution of human emotionality, I also understand the biological functions and health-promoting benefits of prosociality.

Therefore, and in addition to the defense of the purity of my personal mental and physical health, I also believe God wants me to do everything I can to help protect other innocent people from the dangers of the “COVID-19 vaccine” mandates. Unfortunately, the health risks associated with these mandates are quite evident, including their direct threats for reproductive problems in women (https://montanadailygazette.com/2021/04/16/unvaccinated-women-report-miscarriages-after-interactions-with-vaccinated-people/), including infertility (https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/03/21/miscarriages-after-having-covid-vaccine-increases-by-366-percent/, https://www.naturalnews.com/2021-07-01-depopulation-alert-shocking-new-study-reveals-covid-vaccine-terminates-4-out-of-5-pregnancies-via-spontaneous-abortions.html, https://files.catbox.moe/ficjei.mp4). There are even alarmingly similar risks posed to non-vaccinated people via “vaccine shedding” as clearly described by the manufacturers of the vaccines themselves (pg. 69, https://media.tghn.org/medialibrary/2020/11/C4591001_Clinical_Protocol_Nov2020_Pfizer_BioNTech.pdf, https://ijvtpr.com/index.php/IJVTPR/article/view/23). It is my sincerely held religious belief that it is EVIL to force our healthy students and staff to expose themselves and their families to these risks.

In conclusion, I will not live as a coward, unwilling to stand up for God’s grace and guidance. My sincerely held religious beliefs are that the mandated “COVID-19 vaccines” were created in part by evil forces with nefarious motivations, and God wants me to do everything in my power to protect the sanctity of his human creations. I am, therefore, asking that the University provide reasonable accommodations, such as remote access or alternative mechanisms that enable me to properly conduct my professional duties in my capacity as a research scientist and university professor.”
