Great idea, and you could make it food specific, anyone looking for a particular food can get it from the truck, possibly even better and much less expensive.
Rice truck! Who’s opening a bean truck on one side of me and a bottled water truck on the other 🤣
Ha! I was thinking more like an Italian truck outside the Dominoes, sandwiches outside the Subway, etc. But you could keep amazingly low overhead your way!
