I’m putting together a class action lawsuit in an attempt to end the mandates in my state. What are some states where this has already been successful? I would like to present legal precedent to the lawyer I’ll be meeting with about it.

Will you please keep me updated? I am tring to do the same in NM but the lawyers here who are doing class action suits are overwhelmed right now, so I am still looking for a lawyer.
If you look up your state there maybe already a suit you can latch onto. Although the only states currently with mandates are Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana (just restarted), Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon (just restarted) and Washington
